MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDER CREATIONS

For made-to-order or pre-order pieces, please allow 6 to 12 weeks for production, depending on the selected design. You will be notified once your creation is ready for dispatch, along with tracking details.

Standard Delivery
2 – 3 business days — complimentary with all Verne orders.
Express Delivery
1 – 2 business days — $35 per order, complimentary on all Verne orders over $500.

Each parcel is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our atelier to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Verne creations are shipped worldwide through trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 7 – 14 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. Remote regions — including islands or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico — may require additional time.
All international orders are fully insured and accompanied by tracking. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our Client Services team remains available to assist you throughout the delivery process.
